Returns

We pride ourselves on ensuring our products are made and packaged with the utmost care, but we understand that sometimes returns are necessary.  We offer a 30 day return policy to our customers.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and unopened. It must be sealed and returned within 30 days.  To initiate a return please go to refund@science4pets.com.

Return shipping – Cost is on the customer. It must have a tracking number. 

Product condition - The product need to be unopened and in original packaging. All seals/wrappers must be in original condition.
