Packaging

It is packaged such that no oxygen (air) gets into the container minimizing the oxidation. This is critical given the vulnerability of O-3 fats. Oxidation of fats results in the formation of free radicals that damage the cells and causes premature aging, while also contributing to many different chronic diseases, such as cancer, diabetes, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, etc. Other companies may sometimes package it in glass containers but opening and closing the container after every use exposes it to air and oxidation. What's in Our Krill Oil Supplement

The major ingredient in our supplement is Krill oil, which is complemented by also including a blend of fish oil from anchovy, sardine, herring and mackerel harvested from the pristine waters of Atlantic ocean as well as Alaskan salmon oil as well as cod liver oil. Additionally, it is supplemented with natural astaxanthin oil to boost the antioxidant capacity of the product. To minimize any oxidation of such vital fats and some of that in phospholipid form, we have added some mixed tocopherols, another natural antioxidant.

Our Krill oil blend is intended for pets only and that as a supplemental feeding or intermittent use. Store at room temp, better to refrigerate after opening. Do not expose to direct sunlight. Use within 3 months of opening. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if the safety seal is broken.
